VESTOLIT P 1415 K80 Ultra is a paste forming homopolymeric micro-S-PVC that is suitable for
producing lowviscosity pastes with almost Newtonian flow behavior.
Due to ist property profile, the product is particularly advantageous for compact applications and in
mechanical foams.
VESTOLIT P 1415 K80 Ultra is characterized by ist easy handling in contact gelling. The high K value and the associated low surface gloss are properties that are desired for smooth coatings in topcoat layers. Due to ist rheological properties, the product is the preferred choice for priming or embedding of glass fleece. In mechanical foaming, the high processing speed of the impact foam with both soap and silicone stabilizers should be emphasized.
The product is also suitable for rotation, dipping and casting processes.
