VESTOLIT B 7521 Ultra is a paste forming homopolymeric micro-S-PVC that is suitable for producing lowviscosity pastes with almost Newtonian flow behavior and good storage stability.
The product is particularly suitable for use in low plasticizer pastes for coating as well as for processing in dipping and casting processes.
VESTOLIT B 7521 Ultra can be used wherever low viscosity, good storage stability and low water absorption are required. In the manufacture of CV floor coverings, its good contact gelling properties result in smooth surfaces in glass fleece impregnation. VESTOLIT B 7521 Ultra can also be processed by mechanical foaming.
In addition, the product is suitable for rotation, dipping and casting processes and to produce cover gaskets by the centrifugal or stamp process.
Our product fulfills the requirements of the EU Regulation 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
