VESTOLIT B 7021 Ultra is a paste-forming homopolymeric micro-S-PVC that is suitable for producing lowviscosity pastes with almost Newtonian flow behavior.
Due to ist properties, the product is universally applicable for compact and foamed coatings of all types as well as for dipping and casting processes.
VESTOLIT B 7021 Ultra can be used wherever low viscosity, good storage stability and low water absorption are required.
The product is universally used to produce compact coatings and chemical foams in artificial leather and floor coverings. In the production of CV floor coverings, the good contact gelling properties result in smooth surfaces during glass fleece impregnation. B 7021 Ultra can also be used in mechanical foaming with both soap and silicone stabilizers.
The product is also suitable for rotation,dipping and casting processes and for the manufacture of cover gaskets using the centrifugal or stamp process.
Our product fulfills the requirements of the EU Regulation 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
