VESTOLIT B 6021 Ultra is a paste forming homopolymeric micro-S-PVC that is suitable for producing lowviscosity pastes with almost Newtonian flow behavior and good storage stability.
The product shows good fusion and foaming properties at low temperatures.
Due to its K value of 60, VESTOLIT B 6021 Ultra leads to faster fusion, even at lower temperatures, and produces a fine cell structure with specially kicked blowing agents or blowing agents in combination with fast kickers. The product is therefore particularly suitable for back foaming of CV floor coverings. In the field of compact and foamed wallpapers, high embossing speeds can be achieved with B 6021 Ultra due to its low melting temperature. The well-known advantages of the VESTOLIT-B grades can also be used for contact gelling and mechanical foaming of B 6021 Ultra.
Our product fulfills the requirements of the EU Regulation 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
