VESTOLIT E 7037 is a low-emulsifier content, free-flowing emulsion (E) PVC, which is used as a blending component with S- or M-PVC for the extrusion of rigid sections. In calendering, it is used for producing semi-rigid and soft films when blended with S-PVC.
VESTOLIT E 7037 is used as an additional compo-nent in the extrusion of rigid sections, where it improves both processing properties and surface quality. In calendering, it is blended with S-PVC to produce fully transparent and low-blocking semi-rigid and soft films.
The addition levels are in the region of 10 – 30 %.
