VESTOLIT E 7031 is a paste forming homopolymer that is suitable for the production of high-viscosity pastes with pronounced pseudoplastic flow behavior, primarily for compact processing.

The product has excellent stabilization properties with all common systems.
VESTOLIT E 7031 is preferably used where the processing method requires pronounced pseudoplastic pastes.
This applies, for example, to the direct coating of open fabrics, to the production of artificial leather and for spray processes, such as the underbody protection coating of motor vehicles.

Because of its pseudoplasticity, the product is appropriate as a rheology additive to control the viscosity of pastes.
The viscosity as well as the yield point can be influenced by the choice of stabilizers.
E 7031 is suitable to produce rigid, low-density foams in combination with isocyanates, which are preferably used in lightweight constructions.
